1. Overview & Commitment to Privacy
Walletmix Quran is built as a free, ad-free, paywall-free Quran reader, audio recitation player, and prayer time companion. We do not include any advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, user profiling tools, or third-party telemetry libraries.
2. Sign-in Is 100% Optional
Sign-in is 100% OPTIONAL. Every feature works fully signed out with zero data collected: reading, audio, tafsir, prayer times, Qibla, bookmarks, folders, notes, highlights, reading goals, streaks, settings and local JSON backup (export and import). No account is required. Your personal data stays on your device unless you choose to sign in for cloud sync.
Location always stays on your device, even when signed in. For prayer times and Qibla, you can choose a city from the offline list or optionally grant location access. Coordinates are processed on your device and are never collected, uploaded to Firebase or included in synced settings.
3. Data Collected Only If You Choose to Sign In
Only if you voluntarily sign in with Google or Apple, we collect:
- Account information: name and email address supplied by your sign-in provider, and your Firebase user ID (
uid). - Synced personal data:
bookmarks,folders,notes,highlights,readingGoals,streaksandsettings(theme, translations and reciter). NEVER location.
Sole purpose: app functionality — syncing your personal data across your own devices. We do not use this information for any advertising, marketing, profiling or tracking.
4. Storage, Sharing and Tracking
We use Google Firebase Authentication to manage your sign-in account and Cloud Firestore in region asia-south1 (Mumbai) to store your synced personal data. These services support the optional account and sync functionality.
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing, and never used for tracking. We do not include advertising SDKs, analytics or third-party crash trackers.
5. Retention and Deleting Your Account
We retain your account information and synced personal data while your account exists, until you request deletion. You can delete your account and all synced personal data at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- On the web: https://quran.walletmix.com/delete-account.
- By email: privacy@walletmix.com. We respond to and process deletion requests within 7 business days; account ownership may need verification.
Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and all personal data stored under your user record in Cloud Firestore. No account or synced personal data is retained after deletion completes. Signing out alone does not delete cloud data. Local device data and JSON backup files remain under your control and can be removed separately. You can continue using the app without signing in.
6. Network Requests & Quran Content Attribution
When downloading translations, tafsir editions, word-by-word data, or audio recitations, the app connects to
https://quran.walletmix.com (our stateless API proxy) and/or official Quran Foundation Content CDN servers.
Our proxy does not log requests or raw IP addresses; it uses temporary salted identifiers in memory for rate limiting.
Content downloads do not require sign-in and do not upload your bookmarks, notes or location.

7. Permissions Used
- Internet: Used to download Quran translations, tafsir editions and audio, refresh content, and, only if you choose to sign in, authenticate and sync your personal data.
- Approximate Location (Optional): Used strictly on-device to compute daily prayer times and Qibla direction. You can instead select any city manually without granting location permission.
- Notifications & Exact Alarms (Optional): Used locally on your device to deliver scheduled Azan notifications and optional gentle daily reading reminders.
- Foreground Audio Playback: Allows Quran audio recitations to continue playing when your screen is locked or while using other apps.

১. গোপনীয়তার প্রতি আমাদের অঙ্গীকার
ওয়ালেটমিক্স কুরআন (Walletmix Quran) সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে, বিজ্ঞাপনমুক্ত কুরআন পাঠ, তিলাওয়াত শোনা ও নামাজের সময় জানার অ্যাপ। কোনো সুবিধা ব্যবহারের জন্য অর্থ দিতে হয় না। এতে বিজ্ঞাপনের SDK, অ্যানালিটিক্স ট্র্যাকার, ব্যবহারকারীর প্রোফাইল বিশ্লেষণ বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের টেলিমেট্রি লাইব্রেরি নেই।
২. সাইন-ইন ১০০% ঐচ্ছিক
সাইন-ইন ১০০% ঐচ্ছিক। সাইন-ইন ছাড়াই প্রতিটি সুবিধা সম্পূর্ণভাবে কাজ করে এবং কোনো তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা হয় না: কুরআন পড়া, অডিও, তাফসির, নামাজের সময়, কিবলা, বুকমার্ক, ফোল্ডার, নোট, হাইলাইট, পড়ার লক্ষ্য, ধারাবাহিক পড়ার রেকর্ড, সেটিংস এবং স্থানীয় JSON ব্যাকআপ তৈরি ও ফিরিয়ে আনা। কোনো অ্যাকাউন্টের প্রয়োজন নেই। ক্লাউড সিঙ্কের জন্য নিজে সাইন-ইন না করলে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য শুধু আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে।
সাইন-ইন করলেও লোকেশন সব সময় আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে। নামাজের সময় ও কিবলার জন্য অফলাইন তালিকা থেকে শহর বেছে নিতে বা ঐচ্ছিকভাবে লোকেশনের অনুমতি দিতে পারেন। স্থানাঙ্ক শুধু ডিভাইসেই প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়; কখনো সংগ্রহ করা হয় না, Firebase-এ পাঠানো হয় না বা সিঙ্ক করা সেটিংসে রাখা হয় না।
৩. শুধু আপনি সাইন-ইন করলে যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ হয়
শুধু স্বেচ্ছায় Google বা Apple দিয়ে সাইন-ইন করলে আমরা সংগ্রহ করি:
- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: সাইন-ইন সেবার দেওয়া নাম, ইমেইল ঠিকানা এবং Firebase ব্যবহারকারী আইডি (
uid)। - সিঙ্ক করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য: বুকমার্ক (
bookmarks), ফোল্ডার (folders), নোট (notes), হাইলাইট (highlights), পড়ার লক্ষ্য (readingGoals), ধারাবাহিক পড়ার রেকর্ড (streaks) ও সেটিংস (settings— থিম, অনুবাদ ও তিলাওয়াতকারী)। লোকেশন কখনোই নয়।
একমাত্র উদ্দেশ্য: অ্যাপের কার্যকারিতা — আপনার নিজের ডিভাইসগুলোর মধ্যে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সিঙ্ক করা। বিজ্ঞাপন, বিপণন, প্রোফাইল বিশ্লেষণ বা ট্র্যাকিংয়ের জন্য এই তথ্য ব্যবহার করা হয় না।
৪. সংরক্ষণ, তথ্য শেয়ার ও ট্র্যাকিং
সাইন-ইন অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনার জন্য Google Firebase Authentication এবং সিঙ্ক করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংরক্ষণের জন্য asia-south1 (মুম্বাই) অঞ্চলের Cloud Firestore ব্যবহার করা হয়। এই সেবাগুলো ঐচ্ছিক অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সিঙ্ক সুবিধার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
আপনার তথ্য কখনো বিক্রি করা হয় না, বিজ্ঞাপন বা বিপণনের জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সঙ্গে কখনো শেয়ার করা হয় না এবং ট্র্যাকিংয়ের জন্য কখনো ব্যবহার করা হয় না। অ্যাপে বিজ্ঞাপনের SDK, অ্যানালিটিক্স বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ক্র্যাশ ট্র্যাকার নেই।
৫. তথ্য কত দিন থাকে ও অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার উপায়
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থাকা অবস্থায়, আপনি মোছার অনুরোধ না করা পর্যন্ত অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য ও সিঙ্ক করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংরক্ষিত থাকে। যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সিঙ্ক করা সব ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছতে পারেন:
- অ্যাপ থেকে: সেটিংস → অ্যাকাউন্ট → অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন (Settings → Account → Delete Account)।
- ওয়েব থেকে: https://quran.walletmix.com/delete-account।
- ইমেইলে: privacy@walletmix.com। আমরা ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে উত্তর দিই ও মোছার অনুরোধ সম্পন্ন করি; অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিকানা যাচাই করতে হতে পারে।
মুছে ফেলার মাধ্যমে Firebase Authentication অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং Cloud Firestore-এ আপনার ব্যবহারকারী রেকর্ডের অধীনে থাকা সব ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। মুছে ফেলা সম্পন্ন হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বা সিঙ্ক করা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আর রাখা হয় না। শুধু সাইন আউট করলে ক্লাউডের তথ্য মোছে না। ডিভাইসের স্থানীয় তথ্য ও JSON ব্যাকআপ ফাইল আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণে থাকে; সেগুলো আলাদাভাবে মুছতে পারেন। সাইন-ইন ছাড়াই অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যেতে পারবেন।
৬. নেটওয়ার্ক অনুরোধ ও কুরআনের তথ্যসূত্র
অনুবাদ, তাফসির, শব্দে শব্দে অর্থ বা অডিও ডাউনলোড করতে অ্যাপ https://quran.walletmix.com এবং/অথবা Quran Foundation-এর কনটেন্ট সার্ভারে সংযোগ করে। আমাদের প্রক্সি অনুরোধ বা মূল IP ঠিকানা লগ করে না; অনুরোধের হার নিয়ন্ত্রণে মেমরিতে অস্থায়ী সল্টযুক্ত শনাক্তকারী ব্যবহার করে। কনটেন্ট ডাউনলোডে সাইন-ইন লাগে না এবং আপনার বুকমার্ক, নোট বা লোকেশন আপলোড হয় না।
- প্রধান উৎস: কুরআনের তথ্য Quran.Foundation থেকে সরবরাহ করা হয়।
- বিকল্প আরবি পাঠ: অপরিবর্তিত উসমানি কুরআনের পাঠ Tanzil.net থেকে Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 (CC BY 3.0) লাইসেন্সে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
৭. ব্যবহৃত অনুমতি
- ইন্টারনেট: অনুবাদ, তাফসির ও অডিও ডাউনলোড, কনটেন্ট হালনাগাদ এবং শুধু আপনি সাইন-ইন করলে পরিচয় যাচাই ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সিঙ্ক করতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- আনুমানিক লোকেশন (ঐচ্ছিক): শুধু ডিভাইসে নামাজের সময় ও কিবলা গণনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। অনুমতি না দিয়েও শহর বেছে নিতে পারেন।
- নোটিফিকেশন ও নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের অ্যালার্ম (ঐচ্ছিক): ডিভাইসে আজান ও দৈনিক পড়ার স্মারক দিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।
- অডিও চালু রাখা: স্ক্রিন লক করা বা অন্য অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের সময় তিলাওয়াত চলতে সাহায্য করে।
